Show above is SL 824101 SET with Tiffany Opal fixtures and included LED controller with status blue LED, wired buffer installed. The barrel roof is off to show the Tiffany fixture mounted to the interior roof of the barrel. The 3 Tiffany fixture set that is pre-wired and assembled for easy installation. The SL LED controller and 6.8K anti-flicker power buffer shown above are included with this wired set. Only a screw driver is required to install in minutes!

Each set contains a assembled and wired Tiffany Lighting fixtures for soft white illumination of both interior seating areas and the porch platform entrance to the bar. 4 screws are included for interior fixture mounting and a 3M adhesive peel and stick pad is provided to mount the porch fixture. Installation is fast and easy. Instructions for assembly are shown below.

EZ Install Instructions:
Step 1 Mount the single Tiffany fixture with 2 mounting holes with the 2 supplied screws and place the Tiffany lamp in center hole of the fixture after mounting to barrel.
Car not included with lighting setStep 2 Mount the 2 LED Tiffany fixture to the center of the bar roof studs with the supplied screws and the 1 LED Tiffany fixture with 3M pad to the porch end of the roof. Be sure to position the porch fixture in the center of the roof and less than 1mm (1/20") from the inside edge of the roof as shown below. Check you are centered and near the edge before pressing down on the fixture to set it in place.

Route the cable from the fixture through the access slot between compartments and into the barrel side of the car as shown above.Step 3 Remove table from keg seating area and place upside down on on a flat surface next to the car and connect the wires from both the bar and barrel fixtures to the terminals on the LED controller. Connect the red (or copper color) wire to the (+) and the black (or silver) wire to the (-) terminals as shown below:

The SL-8453404 controller is preset for maximum LED brightness but can be adjusted down to dim the output using the instructions included with your set and shown below in the circuit diagram. The voltage of SL LED controller is preset to the proper 3.1Volts for maximum bi rightness.Wiring diagram for SL LED controllers
Step 4 Remove 3M red backing from the SL-8453404 LED controller and attach to the bottom of the table as shown above.
Car not included with lighting setStep 5 Route wires from power pickup set or ball bearing power pickup wheels, or your other choice power and connect to SL LED controller Track IN screw terminals on the SL-8453404 LED controller as shown below. The track input terminals are not polarized and will work from AC, DC or DCC power input up to 30 volts. If you car does not have a hole in the center of the rear truck and you want to use wheel power pickup, drill out the hold by removing the axle first. This is the best way to route the power cable to the bottom of the car.

The SL-8453404 has a blue status LED that lights when power is on. The SL-8453404 in the set comes wired to a an SL 6111068 6.8K anti-flicker buffer that fits out of sight on the floor of the car as shown in the photo below.
